Hi, I'm Cynthia Thompson — a Texas-based mom, wellness advocate, event planner, author, and community leader on a mission to help you live your healthiest, most inspired life.
With nearly five decades of roots in the Allen/Fairview area, community runs deep in my blood. As an independent Advocare distributor and Make Wellness affiliate, I've partnered with brands I truly believe in — because I've experienced the transformation firsthand. I'm the author of F.L.Y. — Finally Loving Yourself, a book born from my own journey of faith, self-discovery, and learning to love who God made me to be. I also lead Shine and Fly Women's Ministry, where women gather to share their stories, support each other, and learn to love themselves. What started with 5–10 women in my living room has grown to over 250 women strong.
My faith is the foundation of everything I do. I believe that when you support women and show up for them, they will grow. This ministry taught me that I am capable — it taught me to Spread My Wings and Fly.
